2. About the AiGhost Tube Builder Kit
The AiGhost Tube Builder Kit is a digital DIY learning package designed to guide you through the process of building your own AiGhost Tube.
The Builder Kit includes online instructional materials such as video demonstrations, step-by-step notes and downloadable templates and resources.
The Builder Kit provides instructions and resources for you to build and manage your own AiGhost Tube. It is not a done-for-you app-building service, and we do not build, set up or maintain an AiGhost Tube on your behalf.
You do not need coding experience to use the Builder Kit. However, you will need to follow the instructions and carry out the setup yourself using the relevant third-party tools and services.
3. Price and Payment
The AiGhost Tube Builder Kit is available for a one-off payment of HK$350.
Payment must be completed before access to the Builder Kit is provided. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to the Builder Kit using the email address provided during checkout.
The HK$350 purchase price covers access to the AiGhost Tube Builder Kit only. It does not include fees charged by third-party platforms, software or services that you may choose or need to use when building or operating your AiGhost Tube.
Any third-party costs are paid separately by you directly to the relevant provider and may change from time to time.
4. Access to the Builder Kit
After successful payment, access to the AiGhost Tube Builder Kit will be provided through the account associated with the email address used at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping your account and login details secure.
Your access is for your personal use only. You must not share your account or login details with another person, or allow another person to use your account to access the Builder Kit.
If you experience problems accessing the Builder Kit after purchase, please contact us at hello.bchphd@gmail.com.
5. Third-Party Services
Building and operating an AiGhost Tube requires the use of certain third-party platforms, software or services, such as Glide.
These third-party services are provided and operated independently from Kriosbio Technology Limited. Their pricing, features, availability, terms of use and technical requirements are determined by the relevant third-party providers and may change from time to time.
We will aim to keep the Builder Kit reasonably up to date, but we cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will always look or operate exactly as shown in the instructional materials.
You are responsible for creating and managing your own accounts with any third-party services you choose or need to use, and for paying any associated fees directly to those providers.
6. Digital Content, Cancellation and Refunds
The AiGhost Tube Builder Kit is digital content. Access is normally provided immediately after successful payment.
Where applicable, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within a specified cancellation period. Different rules may apply once the supply of digital content has begun.
If you expressly agree to receive immediate access to the Builder Kit and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the supply of the digital content begins, your statutory right to cancel may end when access begins.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
If you believe you are entitled to cancel your purchase or request a refund, please contact us at hello.bchphd@gmail.com, including the email address used for your purchase and your order details.
7. Use of the Builder Kit Materials
All instructional materials provided as part of the AiGhost Tube Builder Kit, including videos, written instructions, step-by-step notes, templates and downloadable resources, are provided for your personal use only.
You may download and use the provided templates and resources to build and manage your own AiGhost Tube.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, publish or make the Builder Kit materials available to other people, whether in their original form or in a modified form, without our prior written permission.
Purchasing the Builder Kit gives you permission to use the materials as described in these Terms. Ownership of the Builder Kit materials and the associated intellectual property rights is not transferred to you.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you build, configure and use your own AiGhost Tube, including the content and videos that you choose to add to it.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any videos, images, links or other content complies with any applicable laws, licences, copyright requirements and the terms of the relevant third-party services.
The Builder Kit provides guidance on how to create an AiGhost Tube, but we do not select, approve or monitor the content that you choose to add to your own AiGhost Tube.
You are also responsible for deciding whether the content and setup of your AiGhost Tube are suitable for your child or household.
9. Availability and Changes to the Builder Kit
We may update, revise or reorganise the Builder Kit from time to time to improve the materials, reflect changes to third-party platforms, or keep the instructions relevant and usable.
This may include changes to videos, written instructions, templates, resources or the way the Builder Kit is presented.
We will take reasonable steps to maintain access to the Builder Kit, but we cannot guarantee that the website or all materials will be available without interruption at all times, for example during maintenance or because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any changes we make will not affect your statutory rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
The AiGhost Tube Builder Kit is provided as a DIY educational resource to help you build your own AiGhost Tube. We do not guarantee that the Builder Kit will meet every individual requirement or that any particular third-party platform or service will remain available or unchanged.
To the extent permitted by law, Kriosbio Technology Limited will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from your independent use of third-party platforms, services or content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
If there is a problem with the Builder Kit, please contact us at hello.bchphd@gmail.com so that we can look into the issue.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in the country or territory where you live. Nothing in these Terms is intended to take away any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
